Our cancellation policy is based on the reservable payment method, understanding that you reserved the parking in advance through our platform. If you have driven to a car park and paid the owner yourself, Parkholi is not responsible for your refund. All reservations made in advance are covered by the reservable parking policy below:

If your booking has a fixed start and end time then it is covered under the fixed term policy.

We have two types of refund after a cancellation by the driver:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • There is no refund

a) Refund to your original payment method*

  • Canceled more than 21 days before the start of the reservation.

  • Or the value of the reservation is more than €50 and it is canceled more than 24 hours before the reservation begins.

This will take up to 10 business days to reach your account.

b) For this type of refund, the transaction fee is non-refundable:

  • Canceled more than 24 hours but less than 21 days before the reservation begins and the value of the reservation is less than €50.

c) There is no refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation begins, your reservation will be non-refundable.

d) Additional information

  • In cases where the reservation is canceled by the space owner or Parkholi, a full refund will be made to your original payment method*, including the transaction fee.
